Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED — 11 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data is collected when you visit stanislavelenin.com (the “Site”), how it is used, who it is shared with, and the rights you have over it. It is written to align with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.
01Who is responsible for your data
The Site is operated by Stanislav Elenin, trading as SEWEB LTD (“I”, “me”, “my”), the data controller for the purposes of applicable data-protection law. You can reach me about anything in this policy at [email protected].
02What data I collect
Usage & analytics data (collected automatically). When you browse the Site, my analytics tools record information such as the pages you view, time spent, approximate location (derived from IP address, which Google truncates), device and browser type, and the site that referred you. This is collected through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager using cookies and similar identifiers.
Information you provide. If you email me or book a call, I receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message or the time you booked. Calls are scheduled through Calendly.
I do not ask for or intentionally collect special-category data, and the Site has no user accounts or logins.
03Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies set by Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure traffic and understand how the Site is used. These are not strictly necessary for the Site to function, and you can:
- refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings;
- install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on; or
- use your browser's “Do Not Track” / privacy controls.
Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the Site.
04Why I use your data and the legal basis
- To understand and improve the Site (analytics) — on the basis of your consent and/or my legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the Site, in a way that does not override your rights.
- To respond to you when you get in touch or book a call — on the basis of my legitimate interest in replying, and to take steps at your request before any potential engagement.
05Who your data is shared with
I don't sell your personal data. It is processed on my behalf by the service providers that run the Site's analytics and scheduling:
- Google (Analytics & Tag Manager) — see the Google Privacy Policy.
- Calendly (call scheduling) — see the Calendly Privacy Notice.
I may also disclose data where required by law.
06International transfers
The providers above may process data outside the EU/UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the providers' own data-transfer frameworks.
07How long data is kept
Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics and then deleted or aggregated. Emails and scheduling details are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law.
08Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and — where processing is based on consent — to withdraw that consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority if you believe your data has been handled improperly.
09Children
The Site is aimed at businesses and professionals and is not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
10Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date above.
